We just came back from a week long trip to the Ozarks and man was it great! The weather was wonderful with nice tempertures and no rain. We were blessed with an excellent condo to stay in so we could stretch out and relax. We spent the majority of our time in Branson Missouri but did take a day trip to Eureka Springs Arkansas and that is where I went a little crazy with the camera as you will see below. Eureka Springs is an amazing place and I recommend it for everyone going to the area. The town is over a hundred years old and was founded because of its “healing” springs. The buildings are huge, grow out of the bluffs and are made of stone.

What A Face!

I am just sitting here at my desk processing images from my recent shoot with the Friz family and had to post this sweet picture of Joel with his girls. I think they love their Dad. What do you think?
Some Time In The Woods
July 5, 2008 – 5:57 pm
As a photographer I find it good to go for walks and look for interesting things to shoot. I energizes me and helps me to look at things differently. Today I went up to a local park here in Waterloo and wandered around on one of the trails that snakes through the woods. I came across all kinds of interesting things, walked through spider webs, heard weird noises and killed about three mosquitos. Note to self…spray with bug repellent next time.
