So What Is Lifestyle Photography?

I define Lifestyle Photography as real, relaxed, you.
What that means to me is that I strive to take images of my clients that when they put them on their wall or show their family and friends they receive comments like.
“Oh my gosh that is so you!”
“You look like you were having so much fun!”
“I love how you were looking at (insert fiance here)!”
“All the locations are so beautiful!”
“Who was your photographer?”
I work strictly on location and do not operate out of a studio. The word studio usually equates to a stuffy feel that gives your client a stiff and uncomfortable look. Having fun on your photo shoot allows you to be loose, happy and most of all be you. No plastic pillars, metal grids and chins leaning on fists here.
We pamper our brides, grooms and portrait clients so they walk away from their wedding or portrait session with a feeling that they had the time of their life and then every time they look at their album they relive that day over and over again.
Just look at a few of these images and just feel the life. Let this be you!

Closing ‘08 Special
Cold weather doesn’t mean that you can’t have a really great photo session. All of our sessions are on location but that can be in your home, favorite local attraction, etc. Our portrait sessions are relaxed and fun and can be for commercial, families, children high school seniors and fresh little babies. So close out ‘08 with some great family portraits! Schedule your session prior to 12/31/08 for only $100, a savings of $50.
Details: Special is only for standard portrait session and does not include collections or packages. Portrait session must take place before 2/28/09.
Gift Certificates
Give the gift of photography to a loved one this year. We offer gift certificates in any denomination that can be used for sessions, prints and products.
Wedding Referrals
If you refer a couple to me for their wedding photography and they book me as their photographer, I will give you a free portrait session!
Details: Includes the session only, prints and products are additional. Session must take place in the St. Louis metro areas. Limited to 5 people/pets. Additional people/pets $25 each.

The Fog…

We are on the brink of some cold weather. Foggy, damp & cold mornings are not really something that I look forward to but when I woke up this morning and noticed that the fog was on I grabbed my camera and went up to a local lake to grab a few snaps. What do you think? This one is going in the fine art bucket!
