Welcome to my website! My name is Dennis Bullock; a portrait and wedding photographer in Waterloo, IL. I specialize in creating fun, stylish, relaxed and creative images for my clients.

I love to have fun, laugh and get excited about the work I create and see others have the same reaction. I love making new friends, learning about my clients and see their personalities come through in their images. I love to create art, to offer something different, to push the envelope and challenge myself. I love going out of my way to give the best experience for my clients.

Bud & Alice - 50 Years

This past weekend we celebrated my mother and father in laws 50th wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful meal, time to talk and Jenny made a great slideshow of their years together.

 

Here is the happy couple. They tried to make that smooch fast but I caught them!

And here is a shot of all their children and grandchildren. As you can see I’m in the back row and came to realize that I like being behind the camera much better than in front of it. Note to self…I hate using timers.

DVD Slide Shows

Do you have a bunch of old photographs you’d like to have made into a DVD slideshow/movie to show at a special occasion? Often, these are the perfect accompaniment to an anniversary, bridal shower or wedding reception, graduation party, or birthday celebration. If you have the photos, we can create the slideshow for you!

 

Just provide us with the photos (in the order in which you’d like them to appear in the slideshow) and the names of the songs to accompany the photos in the slideshow. If you have different sections to highlight, just provide us with that information and we’ll create transition slides for you as well. (e.g. “Fun Times”, “Through the Years”, “Vacations”, “Friends”, etc.)

 

We ask that you provide us with at least 2 months lead-time before your party in order to create the slideshow. That time begins when you provide us with the photos so that we can begin working on your project.

Matt + Jennifer - Tie The Knot!

This past weekend I was blessed to capture the wedding of Matt & Jennifer.  Going into the wedding day tensions were high because remnants of hurricane Ike was blowing through St. Louis.  As the day went on the weather turned spectacular and all thoughts of rain went away.  Matt and Jennifer are a perfect match and have actually known each other since they were toddlers!  I hope you guys are enjoying your time in Jamaica!

Kelsey - Class of 2009

I recently met up with Kelsey, her Mom and sister to give her the Dennis Bullock Photography treatment on her Senior pictures.  She told me that she was think Americas Next Top Model when we started and I think we gave her some fierce shots.  Here is a sneak peek for you guys.
